CSC IRCTC Ticket Cancellation has been changed by IRCTC, After cancellation, the ticket VLE has to verify the OTP within 10 days, if any VLE does not verify the OTP as per the prescribed time by IRCTC the refund will not be done, and for which he will be responsible himself.
CSC IRCTC Cancellation Refund Process OTP-Based
- Step:-1 Click on My Account >My Transaction>Ticket Cancellation History
- Step 2:- Click on canceled ticket details for a refund
- Step3:- Click on the “VERIFY” Button
- Step4:- After Click on Verify Button, provide the OTP received On the Passenger
Mobile at the time of cancellation
- Step5:- Enter the OTP at Popup Box and Submit
- Step6:- If OTP is not received at the time of cancellation, then click on “RESEND
- OTP” Button
- Step7:- Enter the OTP received on mobile and click on the “SUBMIT” button
- Final Step:-After final verification refund amount will be credited to PSP’s (Principal Service Provider) RDS Account
