CSC VLE will now be able to provide HOME LOAN, LIC Housing Finance facility to its customers. Recently CSC has partnered with LIC HOUSING FINANCE. Under this now CSC VLE will be able to provide LIC HOME LOAN to its customers. This service has been activated by CSC for all its VLEs.

Loan to Property Cost
- 90% of property value for Loans up to Rs. 30 Lakh
- 80% of property value for Loan more than Rs. 30 Lakh and up to Rs. 75 Lakh
- 75% of property value for Loans more than Rs. 75 Lakh
Loan against Property
60% of property value
Documents For CSC Home Loans
- Pan Card
- Aadhaar Card
- For NRIs, a passport is required
- Proof of residence
- Salary slips and Form No.16 for salaried
- Bank statements for the last 6 to12 months
- Last 3 years’ income tax returns along with financials for self-employed or professionals
- Proof of ownership of property
- In the case of flats, the allotment letter of the builder/society
