If you are a CSC VLE or a common citizen. It is a great pleasure to inform all of you That According to the agreement of Transport Department & CSC SPV. Now about 4.5 lakh Common Service Centers of the country can function as Facilitation Centers of Transport Department. Through these centers, almost all the services of the Transport Department like – CSC Driving License Apply, Correction in Driving License, Mobile Number and Address update in Driving License (DL) including new vehicle registration and transfer for many services. No need to visit RTO – Office! Now all this work can be done through the nearest CSC Center.

अगर आप सीएससी वीएलई या आम नागरिक हैं। आप सभी को यह सूचित करते हुए अत्यंत हर्ष हो रहा है कि परिवहन विभाग एवं सीएससी एसपीवी के समझौते के अनुसार। अब देश के लगभग 4.5 लाख कॉमन सर्विस सेंटर परिवहन विभाग के सुविधा केंद्रों के रूप में कार्य कर सकते हैं। इन केंद्रों के माध्यम से परिवहन विभाग की लगभग सभी सेवाएं जैसे- सीएससी ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस अप्लाई, ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस में सुधार, ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस (डीएल) में मोबाइल नंबर और एड्रेस अपडेट, जिसमें नए वाहन पंजीकरण और कई सेवाओं के लिए स्थानांतरण शामिल हैं। आरटीओ – कार्यालय जाने की आवश्यकता नहीं है! अब यह सब काम नजदीकी सीएससी सेंटर के जरिए किया जा सकेगा।
How To Apply CSC Driving License (DL)
- First of All Visit http://csctransport.in
- Login with Digital Seva Connect
- Enter Your CSC id & Password
- Click On Sarathi Services
- Click on apply for learner license
- Read Instructions & Click on Continue
- Select category – General
- Now Tick Applicant does not hold any Driving/Learner license issued in India
- Now Choose to Submit via Aadhaar Authentication or Submit without Aadhaar Authentication
- Complete Aadhaar Authentication and Submit Your DL Application form
- Take Learning License Test Online & Download Learning Driving License Online

- सारथी सर्विसेज पर क्लिक करें
- लर्नर लाइसेंस के लिए अप्लाई पर क्लिक करें
- निर्देश पढ़ें और जारी रखें पर क्लिक करें
- श्रेणी का चयन करें – सामान्य
- अब टिक आवेदक के पास भारत में जारी कोई ड्राइविंग/लर्नर लाइसेंस नहीं है
- अब आधार प्रमाणीकरण के माध्यम से सबमिट करना या आधार प्रमाणीकरण के बिना सबमिट करना चुनें
- आधार प्रमाणीकरण पूरा करें और अपना डीएल आवेदन पत्र जमा करें
- लर्निंग लाइसेंस टेस्ट ऑनलाइन लें और लर्निंग ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस ऑनलाइन डाउनलोड करें

How To Make Learning Driving License Without Visit RTO Office
If you have a new Learning Driving License which is the first step to make Driving License. Which is require to complete by all driving license holders. Till now, after applying for the Learning License, applicants has required to go to the RTO Office and give the Online Learning License Test on Computer.
But now if there is a mobile number link in the applicant’s Aadhaar card. So the applicant need not visit RTO Office! Applicants can complete the Online Learning Test from their home or any other place. And after passing the exam, you can download your Learning Driving License Online.
यदि आपके पास एक नया लर्निंग ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस है जो ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस बनाने का पहला कदम है। जिसे सभी ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस धारकों को पूरा करना होता है। अब तक, लर्निंग लाइसेंस के लिए आवेदन करने के बाद, आवेदकों को आरटीओ कार्यालय में जाकर कंप्यूटर पर ऑनलाइन लर्निंग लाइसेंस टेस्ट देना होता है।
