- To begin, go to the CSC Digital Seva Portal (https://digitalseva.csc.gov.in/).
- Log in with your User Id and Password after visiting the portal.
- After logging in, select Bharat Bill Payment Service!
- Some new options for paying your electricity bill option will available!

- If you use APDCL power! So you must choose APDCL.
