How to Search PMAY U Beneficiaries List 2023

Now, there is no service to search the beneficiary list on PMAY U New Portal but the old photo is still active from where you can check the Beneficiaries List, the method of which is given below:

To check the beneficiary list, first of all go to the old portal of Shahari Awas Yojana (PMAYU) https://pmaymis.gov.in/
After reaching the home page of the website, click on “Search By Name” under the Search Beneficiary link present in the menu.
After this the Search Beneficiary page will open in front of you from where you can search the name of the beneficiary.
Now here you have to enter your Aadhaar number and after that click on the “Show” button, after which the name of the beneficiary will appear in front of you.

अब यहां पर आपको अपना आधार नंबर डालना होगा और इसके बाद “Show” बटन पर क्लिक कर देना है इसके बाद लाभार्थी का नाम आपके सामने आ जाएगा

You Can Track PMAY-U Application Status From New Portal

When you apply online for Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana through pmaymis.gov.in or Common Service Centres, an acknowledgment receipt with your photograph and an application number on it is provided to you. The application number mentioned on the acknowledgment receipt can be used to check the status of your application.

AFFORDABLE RENTAL HOUSING COMPLEXES (ARHCS) New Scheme Under PMAYU

The COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in reverse migration of urban migrants/poor in the country. Urban migrants live in slums/informal settlements/unauthorized colonies/peri-urban areas to save cost on housing. They need decent rental accommodation at affordable rates at their work places.

To address this need, the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs has launched Affordable Rental Housing Complexes (ARHCs), a sub-scheme under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana- Urban (PMAY-U). It will provide ease of living to the urban migrants/poor in the industrial sector as well as in the non-formal urban economy, to facilitate dignified affordable rental housing near their workplace.
