The Digital Seva Portal allows mobile recharge for various telecom providers like Airtel, VI, BSNL, JIO, etc. It connects with these providers, enabling real-time recharges, and accepts payments through CSC-Wallets available on the portal.
Types of Recharge Services Available
- Mobile Top-Up: Customers can recharge their mobile phones of all 14 Telecom Service Providers in real-time through the Digital Seva Portal. This service connects with the Telecom Service Providers and allows customers to recharge their mobiles using the e-wallet available on the portal. The Telecom Service Providers supported for mobile top-up include Aircel, Airtel, BSNL, Idea, Loop Mobile, MTS, Reliance Mobile, Tata Docomo, Tata Indicom, Tata Walky, Uninor, Videocon, Virgin Mobile, and Vodafone.
- Mobile Bill Payments: The Digital Seva Portal facilitates mobile bill payments for 8 Telecom Service Providers. Customers can pay their mobile bills in real-time through the portal. The supported Telecom Service Providers for mobile bill payments include Airtel, BSNL, Idea, Loop Mobile, Reliance Mobile, Tata Docomo, Virgin Mobile, and select electricity providers such as BSES and NDPL.
- Dish TV Recharge: Customers can recharge their Dish TV subscriptions for all six DTH (Direct-to-Home) operators through the CSC Portal. The portal supports recharge services for Airtel, Big TV, Dish TV, Sun DTH, Tata Sky, and Videocon.
- Data Card Recharge: The Digital Seva Portal enables data card recharge services for select data card service providers. Customers can recharge their MTS, Tata Docomo, and Reliance data cards through the CSC Portal.
How To Recharge Mobile Through CSC
- Open a web browser and enter the URL address: http://digitalseva.csc.gov.in to access the Digital Seva Portal.
- Once the portal loads, locate the login section and enter your respective User ID and password to log in to the system.
- After logging in, navigate to the Telecom section within the portal. You can usually find it in the main menu or sidebar. Click on the Telecom section.
- In the Telecom section, you will find options for Mobile Prepaid and Mobile Post-paid (BBPS). Choose the appropriate option based on the type of recharge you want to perform.
- Once you select the Mobile Prepaid or Mobile Post-paid (BBPS) option, a list of different telecom operators will be displayed. Look for and select the telecom operator that the customer belongs to.
- After selecting the telecom operator, you will be directed to your CSC wallet. Enter your wallet password to access the wallet.
- In the CSC wallet, you will need to enter the mobile number of the customer who needs to be recharged. After entering the mobile number, the system will display the available plans associated with the selected telecom operator. Select the desired plan for the recharge.
- Next, you will be prompted to enter your wallet pin for authentication and security purposes. Enter the wallet pin correctly.
- Once you have entered the wallet pin, click on the “Pay” or “Recharge” option to proceed with the payment.
- The system will process the payment, and if the transaction is successful! the customer will receive a confirmation message on their registered mobile number. The message will indicate that the recharge has completed.
