- Run Setup_ECMP_Full_3.3.3.0.
- Create An Admin Account With Operator/Supervisor Id. Password Should Be 123
- Login To ECA, Click On Database Mgmt, And Import Files:

- Upload Register Data In Zipped Format.
- Import Name Dictionary Data In Zipped Format.
Log In District Manager To ECA Under Client Identity
