Ayushman Bharat Health ID Card without Aadhar OTP
- First of all, you go to this website https://healthid.ndhm.gov.in/register.
- After going to the website, you will see (I don’t have Aadhaar / I don’t want to use my Aadhaar for creating Health ID.) and a Click Here button will appear below it. You click on this Click Here button.
- Clicking here will open the next page and there you will see an option called Generate via Mobile. You click this button.
- Then the option of giving mobile number will come. Enter your mobile number and click the submit button.
- After that, enter the mobile number that you entered. An OTP will be sent on it, you type that OTP and click on submit button.
- Clicking on the Time button will open the next page. And there you will be asked for your complete information. Fill in all the information you asked for and finally click the submit button.
- When filling in the information, you will see an alternate PHR address. Enter your full name without space. Like Rahulbadnagar
- Click on the button as soon as you understand. Your form will be submitted and you will see your Ayushman Bharat Health ID card on the screen.
